Skill 1: Spreading Technique
A good spreading technique involves holding a butter knife or spreader at a shallow angle (30โ to 45โ).
Use gentle, sweeping wrist motions from the center outwards to spread soft toppings like hummus, butter, or cream cheese evenly without tearing the bread or cracker base.
