Run your tongue across your teeth — some feel thin and sharp, while others feel wide and bumpy. Your mouth has four different types of tooth "tools" working together like a built-in cutlery set.
The Cutters: Incisors
Your incisors are the four flat teeth right in the middle at the front of your mouth. You have 4 on top and 4 on the bottom, making 8 incisors in total.
